I wanted to take a minute to let you all know about a separate site I have set up, called the Nicholls Leadership Institute. Leadership has always been a passion of mine and finding ways to assure that one is leading with integrity is foremost on my mind. While this site will provide some opportunities for professional development, the new site is purely focused on developing leadership abilities.

We will be reviewing popular books on leadership and talking about how the principles apply to us. We will be exploring how to hone the leadership skills we have to really do something great. At some time in the future, workshops may be offered that you can particpate in. It isn’t a site focused on medical transcription, just on leadership, whether that is in your professional or personal lives. In some area of our lives, we are all leaders.
