Testing
Over the last few weeks, we have had discussions about goals, and for some of you, one of those goals has been to become certified as a medical transcriptionist. Some plan to take the RMT exam, and some plan to take the CMT. As a result of your responses to our recent survey, we are now going to offer a Credential Study Course.

The goal of this course will be to help you evaluate your strengths and weaknesses in areas that are covered in the exam guide so you can be better prepared. You can read about the Credential Study Course by clicking on the link or visiting the page above for the Credential Study Course.

The first course will begin on April 5, so you have time to prepare and plan now! The first course will also be offered at a discount price until March 25. Be sure you have read all of the information on the page about the course, and if you have questions, drop me an email.

NOTE TO THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY CREDENTIALED
We have been notified by AHDI that study courses like this will no longer be eligible for continuing education credits. While there are several that are approved, unfortunately they are no longer doing this as the policy is changing and they will be discontinuing the approval for this type of program.

BONUS!!
As an added bonus, if you sign up for the course by March 14, your name will be entered into a drawing for a free copy of The CMT Review Guide or The RMT Review Guide. We will be giving one of each of these away (courtesy of Lippincott, Williams & Wilkins) in a drawing held on 15. Should you not be one of the winners, you will still have time to order a copy if you choose to do that before the course starts.

Let 2010 be the year you set credentialing as a goal for yourself and make it happen!
