May 17-23, 2010, will be the week that we celebrate Medical Transcriptionist Week. The theme this year is “Why We Matter to Healthcare.”

It’s a week of celebration of who we are and what we do. How can we celebrate that?

I’d like to plan some special things for the week, and would like to hear from you with your ideas. I have a couple of word books that we plan to give away that week and the grand prize for the week will be a one-year subscription to the Benchmark Knowledge Base!

So, here in the comments section, let me hear your ideas on contests we can run and things we can do for the week. I’ll take a look at them and see what we can incorporate into the week.
