Happy Easter!
As the week comes to a close, I wanted to be sure that we touched bases just to say I hope you enjoy the Easter weekend and holiday. However you celebrate it, I hope it will be something you enjoy and that refreshes you.
While our family is pretty traditional with Easter celebrations, taking the time to reflect the spiritual meaning of the season, we also do colored eggs and make Easter baskets. This year will be different as our “traditional” ham dinner is being replaced. My husband, who is Bajan, recently said “Ham is not for Easter, fish is.” So, the Nicholls household will be having dolphin (mahi-mahi to you folks from the States) and salmon and a wonder of other great Bajan food. (I’m so very lucky that he loves to cook!)
Enjoy and spend some time with those who are important to you. We’ll be back in full force next week!
