Happy Memorial Day. Today is the day we honor all of the men and women who have given the greatest sacrifice of all so that we can live in a free country. I hope you will take a minute to do that today and spend a few minutes in remembrance of these brave folks who served so that we can have our freedom.

I would also ask that you remember their families. I have always felt the spouses and families are the unsung heroes of our military. When you remember those who gave their lives, remember too that their family members also sacrificed, even though we may not acknowledge them as much.
